You can request a return or exchange within 14 business days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted when the item is in good commercial condition, with original packaging, tags, and documents.
When will the refund be processed?
Once the returned product is received and approved, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method—usually within 5 hours to 5 business days.

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. The commercial warranty is valid within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. All jewelry comes with a 1 (one) month warranty, and watches with a 24 (twenty-four) month warranty, provided the warranty terms and conditions are met.
