The program is open to applicants from Bulgaria.
You don’t need thousands of followers. It’s enough to have a sense of style, love sparkle, and believe in our brand.
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE REDS AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
Welcome to the REDS Fashion Jewelry & Watches Ambassador Program. We are pleased that you are interested in becoming part of our community. Please read the following terms carefully. Your participation in the program is only possible upon acceptance of these terms.
1. Eligibility
To become a REDS brand ambassador, you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- have a minimum of 5,000 followers on at least one social network (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or another suitable platform);
- meet the criteria set by REDS.
- REDS reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any application at its sole discretion.
2. Receiving Products
As a REDS ambassador, you may receive products for promotional purposes. These products are intended solely for personal use and to promote the REDS brand. Selling the provided products is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these terms.
3. Brand Representation
We encourage you to promote REDS products on social media, personal blogs, and other online platforms. All materials must accurately reflect the brand and comply with our brand guidelines. Unauthorized use of the REDS name, logo, or other elements of the visual identity is prohibited.
4. Content Guidelines
All content created within the program must align with REDS’s values and standards. This includes photos, videos, posts, and texts. Inappropriate, offensive content or content that infringes on third-party rights will not be tolerated.
5. Compensation
REDS ambassadors receive compensation in the form of free products, discounts, and exclusive privileges. Specific compensation terms will be communicated individually upon program approval.
6. Termination of Participation
REDS reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time and without notice, including in cases of rule violations, inappropriate behavior, or misrepresentation of the brand.
7. Confidentiality
As an ambassador, you may gain access to confidential information related to REDS. By accepting these terms, you agree to maintain confidentiality and not share such information with third parties.
8. Changes to Terms
REDS reserves the right to modify or update these terms. You will be notified of any changes, and continuing your participation in the program will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
9. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes arising from the program shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.
10. Review and Price Adjustment Requirement
As part of the program, ambassadors are required to provide reviews for products purchased with a discount within a specified period. Failure to comply may result in REDS charging the full price of the respective items, after prior notice and an opportunity to correct.
