These terms govern purchases concluded through the reds.bg online store. Statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods also apply to consumer purchases in REDS physical stores.
REDS Fashion Jewelry and Watches Jewelry Shop (www.reds.bg) is an internet page representing an e-commerce store, created and owned by En Bi Ji Ltd.
The Site specializes in the sale of jewelry, watches, and accessories. All prices listed on this site include VAT and do not include delivery charges! All prices are valid while stocks last. En Bi Ji Ltd reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to its users, as well as to correct technical and other errors in product parameters. Printing errors, differences in color display due to user computer configuration, and changes in product design are possible. The colors of each product are indicated in the texts accompanying it. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Definitions "User" means anyone who has loaded the www.reds.bg Internet page, "Products" are the goods offered for purchase through the Site. "Order" is the individual request to purchase the selected Product(s) under the conditions provided on the site regarding delivery and payment by the User. "Services" are all actions carried out by En Bi Ji Ltd in connection with and/or regarding the offering, sale, and delivery of the Products from the Site.
Preamble This document contains the General Terms under which www.reds.bg provides Services to its Users through the Site. Every user is bound by the rules of these general terms for the entire time of using the site, from the initial entry to leaving the website.
Identification of the User for the purpose of reproducing their statement of acceptance of the General Terms is done through the IP address stored in the server log files of www.reds.bg, as well as any other provided information. The General Terms are published in a visible place on the Site and are accessible to every User.
Subject of the General Terms
The general terms regulate the relations related to the provision of Services by www.reds.bg through the Site.
Goods for Sale
The objects of sale are the Products offered on the Site at the time the User submits a purchase request. The Products offered for sale through the Site are described by type and quality and are classified into separate categories based on common and similar characteristics. www.reds.bg is not responsible for possible color differences of purchased gifts due to specifics of computer screens. Submitting a purchase request for Product(s) is considered as the User's consent regarding their type and quality.
Rights and Obligations of the User
The User has the right to browse, order by individual request, and receive Articles from the Site according to the procedures and conditions specified therein. The User has the right to be informed about the status of their Order. The User has the right to delivery of the ordered Article(s) to the requested delivery address after payment of the purchase price according to the procedure indicated on the Site. The User is obliged to pay the price of their Order according to the method announced on the Site. Users of the site do not have the right to distribute, modify (edit), copy (except for non-commercial, personal purposes), transmit, display, reproduce, publish, create derivative works, transfer, sell, or use the site content in any other way without the explicit written permission of En Bi Ji Ltd.
Every User, whether or not they have placed an Order, is obliged when using the Services
- not to violate and to respect the rights and freedoms of citizens according to the Constitution, the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, and international acts to which it is a party, as well as the rules of morality, good manners, and Internet ethics when using the Services provided by En Bi Ji Ltd.
- not to violate others' property or non-property, absolute or relative rights and interests, such as ownership rights, intellectual property rights, etc.
- to immediately notify En Bi Ji Ltd. and the relevant authorities of any case of committed or discovered violation when using the provided Services
- not to perform malicious actions
Rights and obligations of www.reds.bg
En Bi Ji Ltd. has no obligation or objective capability and does not control how Users use the provided Services. En Bi Ji Ltd. has the right, but not the obligation, to retain materials and information used/placed on the www.reds.bg server or made available to third parties by a User, and to provide them to third parties and relevant state authorities when necessary to protect the rights and lawful interests, property, and security of En Bi Ji Ltd., as well as third parties, in cases of claims related to violations of their rights concerning used or distributed information or materials, as well as when materials or information are requested by state authorities under explicit legal provisions.
En Bi Ji Ltd. has the right at any time, without notifying the User, when the latter uses the Services in violation of these terms, as well as at the discretion of En Bi Ji Ltd., to terminate, suspend, or modify the provided Services.
En Bi Ji Ltd. is not responsible to Users or third parties for any damages or lost profits resulting from the termination, suspension, modification, or limitation of the Services, deletion, modification, loss, unreliability, inaccuracy, or incompleteness of messages, materials, or information transmitted, used, recorded, or made available through En Bi Ji Ltd.
En Bi Ji Ltd. may provide publication in the thematic sections of the store of hyperlinks to other Internet pages and resources. En Bi Ji Ltd. is not responsible for damages and lost profits arising in connection with the use, access, or reliability of these materials and content.
The User bears full responsibility for all damages caused to www.reds.bg and third parties as a result of using or accessing these Internet pages and resources. En Bi Ji Ltd. is not responsible for damages caused to software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or for data loss arising from materials or resources searched, loaded, or used in any way through the provided Services. Advice, consultations, or assistance provided by the specialists and employees of www.reds.bg in connection with the use of the Services by Users do not create any liability or obligations for En Bi Ji Ltd.
The User is obliged to indemnify En Bi Ji Ltd. and all third parties for all suffered damages and lost profits, including any expenses and paid attorney fees, resulting from claims made and/or compensations paid to third parties in connection with Internet pages, hyperlinks, materials, or information that the User has used, placed on the server, sent, distributed, made available to third parties, or made accessible through En Bi Ji Ltd. in violation of the law, these Terms and Conditions, good morals, or Internet etiquette.
Change of the Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time by En Bi Ji Ltd., which undertakes to notify the User of changes to the Terms and Conditions by posting a message on the Site about the changes as well as the changes themselves - for the User to review. The User is considered bound by the changes from the moment they are published, unless they declare that they do not accept them. If the User explicitly states that they do not agree with the changes, En Bi Ji Ltd. has the right to immediately stop or terminate the provision of Services to the User, with any obligations incurred up to that point remaining enforceable. Notifications Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all notifications related to the provision of Services through the Site are made to the phone numbers/addresses for contact prominently displayed on the Site and respectively to the phone/address for contact provided by the User. Notifications made in this way are considered duly received unless proven otherwise.
Two-year legal guarantee
As the seller, Ен Би Джи ЕООД (En Bi Ji Ltd.) is liable for any lack of conformity that existed when the goods were delivered and becomes apparent within two years of delivery. This applies to jewellery, watches and other consumer goods, including discounted products.
The legal guarantee means that goods must meet their agreed description, quality and purpose, as well as the applicable statutory conformity requirements. It is not limited to manufacturing defects. A lack of conformity that becomes apparent within one year of delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery, unless proved otherwise or this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the defect.
The two-year period is suspended for the time needed to repair or replace the goods. A complaint about non-conformity is not limited to 14 days and does not require the goods to be unused or in their original packaging.
Your remedies
You may choose repair or replacement free of charge, unless your chosen remedy is impossible or would impose disproportionate costs compared with the other remedy. The seller may refuse to bring the goods into conformity only in the circumstances provided by law.
For goods without digital elements, repair or replacement must be completed within one month after the seller is informed of the non-conformity, without significant inconvenience to you. For goods with digital elements, the statutory requirement for a reasonable time applies. The seller bears the necessary costs of bringing the goods into conformity, including transport, labour and materials.
You may request a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract if repair or replacement has not been carried out as required by law, the seller has refused these remedies, the non-conformity reappears after an attempt to remedy it, the defect is sufficiently serious, or it is clear that it will not be remedied within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. For durable goods and goods with digital elements, the seller is entitled to a second attempt to bring the goods into conformity if the non-conformity reappears. You cannot terminate the contract for a minor lack of conformity; the seller must prove that it is minor.
If you terminate the contract because of non-conformity, you must return the goods within 14 days of notifying the seller, at the seller's expense. The price is refunded upon receipt of the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method at no cost to you.
How to make a complaint
You can submit a complaint orally or in writing to Ен Би Джи ЕООД (En Bi Ji Ltd.):

- at the store where you purchased the goods or another outlet of the same seller carrying out similar activities, throughout its opening hours. The choice is yours.
Identify the product and the problem, your preferred remedy, the amount claimed where applicable, and a contact address. Provide a receipt, invoice or other document proving payment, along with any documents supporting your complaint that you have. Photos and your order number can help us process it more quickly. An original warranty card is not the only acceptable document and is not a condition for exercising your statutory rights.
When accepting a complaint, we enter it in a register and provide a document showing the date, registration number, type of goods and the signature of the person accepting it. Contact us to arrange any necessary transport. Contacting us in advance helps with processing and is not a condition for the validity of a complaint submitted in time.
Commercial warranties
If a separate commercial warranty is provided for a particular product by its manufacturer or another guarantor, its duration, coverage, territory and procedure are set out in the warranty statement and applicable advertising. It supplements the legal guarantee and does not replace or shorten it. A commercial warranty statement is provided in Bulgarian on a durable medium no later than delivery. More favourable terms promised at the time of purchase remain applicable.
Wear and damage during use
Normal wear and damage caused after delivery by impact, misuse, unsuitable storage or intervention are not, by themselves, non-conformity for which the seller is liable. Each case is assessed according to the cause of the specific problem and the statutory rules on evidence. Repair by a third party, missing packaging or a general reference to “misuse” does not automatically remove all statutory rights.
14 calendar days to withdraw from an online purchase
You may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason or paying a penalty by notifying us within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, either yourself or through a third party you designate other than the carrier. The day of receipt is not counted. For goods in one order delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received; for goods delivered in parts, it starts when the last part is received. If the last day is a non-working day, the deadline extends to the end of the next working day.
REDS does not offer voluntary 14-day change-of-mind returns for conforming goods purchased under contracts concluded in its physical stores. This does not restrict statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods. Collecting an order in a store does not remove the right of withdrawal where the contract was already concluded online.
How to notify us of withdrawal
Send an unambiguous withdrawal statement to office@reds.bg or to Ен Би Джи ЕООД (En Bi Ji Ltd.), 180 Vitosha Blvd., floor 4, apartment 7, Sofia, Bulgaria. You may use the form below, but it is not compulsory. Identify yourself, the order or goods you are withdrawing from, and a way to contact you. For assistance, call 0888 633 077.
It is sufficient to send your statement before the deadline. Prior approval by REDS is not required. Keep proof that you sent it. Simply failing to collect a parcel does not replace an unambiguous withdrawal statement.
Sending the goods back
After notifying us, send or hand the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after your withdrawal notification to: Ен Би Джи ЕООД (En Bi Ji Ltd.), 180 Vitosha Blvd., floor 4, apartment 7, Sofia, Bulgaria. The deadline is met if you send the goods before it expires. You bear the direct cost of returning goods when withdrawing without a reason. This does not apply to necessary costs of a valid non-conformity complaint, which are borne by the seller.
Pack the goods suitably for transport and return the accessories and documents supplied with them. We recommend keeping the original packaging and tags. Their absence does not, by itself, remove your right of withdrawal. You are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. No automatic handling or restocking fee applies.
Refunds
We refund the payments due without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after being notified of your withdrawal. If you withdraw from the entire order, we also refund the original delivery costs up to the price of the least expensive standard delivery we offered. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery method you chose are not refunded.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier, unless we have offered to collect them ourselves. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method at no additional cost to you. Bank account details are needed only if you expressly choose a bank transfer for the refund.
Exception for personalised goods
The right to withdraw without a reason does not apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised, such as jewellery with a personal inscription engraved at your request. Selecting a standard available size does not, by itself, make the goods personalised. This exception does not restrict your rights for defective or non-conforming goods.
Size exchanges and complaints
For an online purchase, you may request a size exchange by email or phone within 14 calendar days of receipt. We will confirm availability of the requested size and the shipping arrangements. Requesting an exchange does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal.
For defective or non-conforming goods, the separate guarantees and complaints terms apply, including the two-year legal guarantee from delivery. More favourable terms agreed at the time of purchase remain applicable.

Promotions when returning part of an order
For promotions of the type "buy more – get a bigger discount" (for example: 1 product −15%, 2 or more products −20%), when returning part of the items, the value of the retained products is recalculated according to the current promotional step based on the number of retained items. In these cases, the refunded amount is calculated after deducting the new, adjusted discount.
The promotion terms in force at the time of purchase apply.
