REDS Fashion Jewelry and Watches Jewelry Shop (www.reds.bg) is an internet page representing an e-commerce store, created and owned by En Bi Ji Ltd.

The Site specializes in the sale of jewelry, watches, and accessories. All prices listed on this site include VAT and do not include delivery charges! All prices are valid while stocks last. En Bi Ji Ltd reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to its users, as well as to correct technical and other errors in product parameters. Printing errors, differences in color display due to user computer configuration, and changes in product design are possible. The colors of each product are indicated in the texts accompanying it. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Definitions "User" means anyone who has loaded the www.reds.bg Internet page, "Products" are the goods offered for purchase through the Site. "Order" is the individual request to purchase the selected Product(s) under the conditions provided on the site regarding delivery and payment by the User. "Services" are all actions carried out by En Bi Ji Ltd in connection with and/or regarding the offering, sale, and delivery of the Products from the Site.

Preamble This document contains the General Terms under which www.reds.bg provides Services to its Users through the Site. Every user is bound by the rules of these general terms for the entire time of using the site, from the initial entry to leaving the website.

Identification of the User for the purpose of reproducing their statement of acceptance of the General Terms is done through the IP address stored in the server log files of www.reds.bg, as well as any other provided information. The General Terms are published in a visible place on the Site and are accessible to every User.

Subject of the General Terms

The general terms regulate the relations related to the provision of Services by www.reds.bg through the Site.

Goods for Sale

The objects of sale are the Products offered on the Site at the time the User submits a purchase request. The Products offered for sale through the Site are described by type and quality and are classified into separate categories based on common and similar characteristics. www.reds.bg is not responsible for possible color differences of purchased gifts due to specifics of computer screens. Submitting a purchase request for Product(s) is considered as the User's consent regarding their type and quality.

Rights and Obligations of the User

The User has the right to browse, order by individual request, and receive Articles from the Site according to the procedures and conditions specified therein. The User has the right to be informed about the status of their Order. The User has the right to delivery of the ordered Article(s) to the requested delivery address after payment of the purchase price according to the procedure indicated on the Site. The User is obliged to pay the price of their Order according to the method announced on the Site. Users of the site do not have the right to distribute, modify (edit), copy (except for non-commercial, personal purposes), transmit, display, reproduce, publish, create derivative works, transfer, sell, or use the site content in any other way without the explicit written permission of En Bi Ji Ltd.

Every User, whether or not they have placed an Order, is obliged when using the Services

  • not to violate and to respect the rights and freedoms of citizens according to the Constitution, the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, and international acts to which it is a party, as well as the rules of morality, good manners, and Internet ethics when using the Services provided by En Bi Ji Ltd.
  • not to violate others' property or non-property, absolute or relative rights and interests, such as ownership rights, intellectual property rights, etc.
  • to immediately notify En Bi Ji Ltd. and the relevant authorities of any case of committed or discovered violation when using the provided Services
  • not to perform malicious actions

Rights and obligations of www.reds.bg

En Bi Ji Ltd. has no obligation or objective capability and does not control how Users use the provided Services. En Bi Ji Ltd. has the right, but not the obligation, to retain materials and information used/placed on the www.reds.bg server or made available to third parties by a User, and to provide them to third parties and relevant state authorities when necessary to protect the rights and lawful interests, property, and security of En Bi Ji Ltd., as well as third parties, in cases of claims related to violations of their rights concerning used or distributed information or materials, as well as when materials or information are requested by state authorities under explicit legal provisions.

En Bi Ji Ltd. has the right at any time, without notifying the User, when the latter uses the Services in violation of these terms, as well as at the discretion of En Bi Ji Ltd., to terminate, suspend, or modify the provided Services.

En Bi Ji Ltd. is not responsible to Users or third parties for any damages or lost profits resulting from the termination, suspension, modification, or limitation of the Services, deletion, modification, loss, unreliability, inaccuracy, or incompleteness of messages, materials, or information transmitted, used, recorded, or made available through En Bi Ji Ltd.

En Bi Ji Ltd. may provide publication in the thematic sections of the store of hyperlinks to other Internet pages and resources. En Bi Ji Ltd. is not responsible for damages and lost profits arising in connection with the use, access, or reliability of these materials and content.

The User bears full responsibility for all damages caused to www.reds.bg and third parties as a result of using or accessing these Internet pages and resources. En Bi Ji Ltd. is not responsible for damages caused to software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or for data loss arising from materials or resources searched, loaded, or used in any way through the provided Services. Advice, consultations, or assistance provided by the specialists and employees of www.reds.bg in connection with the use of the Services by Users do not create any liability or obligations for En Bi Ji Ltd.

The User is obliged to indemnify En Bi Ji Ltd. and all third parties for all suffered damages and lost profits, including any expenses and paid attorney fees, resulting from claims made and/or compensations paid to third parties in connection with Internet pages, hyperlinks, materials, or information that the User has used, placed on the server, sent, distributed, made available to third parties, or made accessible through En Bi Ji Ltd. in violation of the law, these Terms and Conditions, good morals, or Internet etiquette.

Change of the Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time by En Bi Ji Ltd., which undertakes to notify the User of changes to the Terms and Conditions by posting a message on the Site about the changes as well as the changes themselves - for the User to review. The User is considered bound by the changes from the moment they are published, unless they declare that they do not accept them. If the User explicitly states that they do not agree with the changes, En Bi Ji Ltd. has the right to immediately stop or terminate the provision of Services to the User, with any obligations incurred up to that point remaining enforceable. Notifications Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all notifications related to the provision of Services through the Site are made to the phone numbers/addresses for contact prominently displayed on the Site and respectively to the phone/address for contact provided by the User. Notifications made in this way are considered duly received unless proven otherwise.

Warranty conditions

NBG Ltd. provides its clients with a warranty card for each purchased product, which specifies

  • address and contact phone number for issues with the purchased products
  • manufacturer's warranty conditions
  • warranty period of the purchased products

Except for the obligations specifically stated in this warranty, NBG Ltd. cannot be held liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort due to negligence, or any other legal theory, even if the possibility of such damages was anticipated.

All products are subject to the manufacturer's warranty conditions. Only the original warranty cards received with the products are valid.

The warranty is void in case of

  • Damage caused by poor transport, storage, or improper use
  • Attempted repair by the Client and/or any unauthorized person
  • Use of poor quality and non-original consumable materials

NBG Ltd. is not responsible for damage to the products caused by force majeure circumstances.

Complaints, refusal of receipt, exchange, and return about products

Complaints

A Client who has ordered products may refuse to accept them after delivery only in the following cases: When there is a discrepancy between the ordered and delivered products that could not be detected at the time of delivery, the item(s) are subject to a complaint. The Buyer may exercise their rights under Article 55, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, within 14 days of receiving the products, provided they are returned in the condition in which they were received, unused. Exceptions to this rule are explicitly regulated by the Consumer Protection Act.

Refusal of receipt

If the goods are refused upon delivery, except in the cases described below, the refusal is considered unjustified and the Client is liable for the costs of delivery and return of the products. In this case, the Client is obliged to compensate NBG Ltd. for all damages and lost profits, including any other expenses beyond the delivery and return costs incurred as a result of the refusal.

If the Customer is not found within the delivery period at the specified address or access and conditions for handing over the goods are not provided within this period, En Bi Ji Ltd. is released from its obligation to deliver the ordered goods. The Customer may confirm their desire to receive the goods even after the delivery period during which they were not found at the address has expired, bearing all delivery costs. In this case, a new delivery period starts from the moment of confirmation.

The customer has the right to refuse to accept the goods ordered by them when they are delivered under one of the following conditions

  • the delivered goods clearly do not correspond to the goods ordered by the Customer, and this can be established by ordinary inspection
  • the price the Customer must pay does not correspond to the due price
  • in case of discrepancy between the purchased and delivered goods, which could not be established at the time of delivery

Exchange and return of goods

The customer has the right to request a size exchange listed in their original order. In this case, they must express their wish, in writing (by email) or orally (by phone), within no more than 14 days at the contact details provided on the website.

The customer has the right, within 14 days, without owing compensation or penalty and without stating a reason, to return the delivery received from us to the address: Sofia, Vitosha Blvd. 180, floor 4, apt. 7, with the delivery costs borne by them.

Returns are allowed under the following conditions

  • the return request is submitted in writing to the email address specified by En Bi Ji Ltd. for correspondence, within no more than 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The request must include the customer's personal bank account to which the amount paid by the customer for the goods will be refunded
  • the goods are in good commercial condition, in original packaging, with original tags, accompanied by the original documents issued by En Bi Ji Ltd. – invoice, receipt, warranty card (if one was issued)
  • the customer agrees with a representative of En Bi Ji Ltd. on the address where En Bi Ji Ltd. wishes to receive the returned goods
  • the customer pays all costs (courier service price and insurance of the goods) related to the transportation of the goods to the address specified by the representative of En Bi Ji Ltd.

En Bi Ji Ltd. reserves the right not to refund the amount paid by the customer in case of violation of one or more conditions for returning goods.

For promotions of the type "buy more – get a bigger discount" (for example: 1 product −15%, 2 or more products −20%), when returning part of the items, the value of the retained products is recalculated according to the current promotional step based on the number of retained items. In these cases, the refunded amount is calculated after deducting the new, adjusted discount.
