For deliveries in Bulgaria: free when paying online by card. Cash on delivery shipping costs €5 regardless of the order value. Delivery in 1–2 business days.

Delivery and payment

For an online purchase, you may notify us of withdrawal without a reason within 14 calendar days of receipt, subject to the statutory conditions and exceptions. You bear the direct return shipping cost when withdrawing without a reason.

You may try the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose. The return shipment and refund procedure is explained in our returns policy.

We do not offer voluntary 14-day change-of-mind returns for conforming goods purchased under contracts concluded in a physical store. Rights for defective or non-conforming goods remain in force.

Two-year legal guarantee from delivery. The seller is liable for non-conformity that existed at delivery and becomes apparent within this period. This protection covers jewellery and watches bought online or in a physical store, including discounted goods.

You are entitled to repair or replacement free of charge and, in the circumstances provided by law, a price reduction or termination of the contract. Any separate commercial warranty supplements these rights.
